Spicy Asparagus & Grilled Portobello Tacos

Ingredients 2 non- gmo organic corn tortillas (I toast them on my gas stove) 4-5 stalks of asparagus, rough chopped 2 portobello mushrooms, de-stemmed, simply take a spoon and scrape them out  1 zucchini, rough chopped  1 Tbs coconut oil + plus I put a touch in pan and swirl around to coat it ¼ of a jalapeño, thinly sliced Juice of 1 lime Sea salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper to taste ½ bunch of cilantro, rough chopped 1 avocado, sliced Salsa, I use an organic pre made pico de gallo salsa that I buy from Blue Corn Cafe on Ninth Street in Durham.
