Clarissa’s 4 Kitchen Staples

Keeping a well-stocked kitchen is crucial in staying on track with healthy eating. Our schedules don’t always allow for fresh, organic meals on a daily basis. But it is absolutely still possible to eat healthy in a time crunch – and keeping foods conveniently on hand at all times will help you tremendously.   To name a few – stock your kitchen with frozen veggies, canned beans, nuts and seeds, healthy condiments and seasonings to grab at a moments notice.
